Research Assistant
The Engagement Game Lab is looking for a research assistant to help with a literature review on civic technology, government 2.0 and networked citizenship. We are looking for a Ph.D. student in fields such as sociology, anthropology, public policy, communication, media studies, information science, or other related field interested in digging deep into the emerging field of civic technology and its appropriate evaluative measures. We are located in Boston, but we are willing to work with someone remotely.
Student Workers
The Engagement Game Lab in the Department of Visual and Media Arts at Emerson College is seeking creative and enthusiastic students interested in working part time on projects related to the use of games, new media, and innovative technologies for civic engagement. Videographers, editors, animators, graphic designers, game developers, marketing and communications and media studies majors are all welcome to contact us for more information on how you might fit into the Engagement Game Lab team.
